Website Terms

Strides Health Group

Effective 24 September 2026

These terms govern use of the Strides Health Group website, including its information, resources, enquiry forms and online booking links. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1 Website operator

This website is operated by The Trustee for Smit Family Trust trading as Strides Health Group (ABN 46 403 947 663). References to “Strides Health Group”, “we”, “us” or “our” include website content and services presented under the Little Strides Physiotherapy and Strides Performance brands.

2 Using this website

You may use the website for lawful personal purposes, including learning about our services, contacting us and making or requesting an appointment. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce content unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

3 General information only

Website content is provided for general information and education. It is not a diagnosis, individual treatment plan or substitute for an assessment by an appropriately qualified health professional. Health information may not apply to your circumstances, and you should not delay or disregard professional advice because of information on this website.

Using the website, reading its content or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a practitioner-client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only when we agree to provide services and the relevant consent and intake requirements have been completed.

4 Emergencies and urgent concerns

Strides Health Group does not provide emergency or urgent medical care through this website. If you require urgent medical attention, call Triple Zero (000) or attend your nearest emergency department. For non-emergency health advice in Victoria, call NURSE-ON-CALL on 1300 60 60 24. Website forms and email are not monitored continuously.

5 Online bookings

Online booking is provided through Cliniko. Appointment availability displayed online may change, and a booking is subject to the information and confirmation provided through Cliniko or by us. Please ensure that booking details are accurate and select an appointment type that reasonably matches the service required.

Some services, including neurological, disability or NDIS-related enquiries, may require contact with us before an appointment is arranged. We may contact you to clarify the service required or to offer a more appropriate appointment type.

Any cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance requirements communicated during booking, in appointment correspondence or directly by us form part of the appointment arrangements.

6 Fees and payment

The website and online booking process do not collect payment or card details. Appointment fees are payable after the service or as otherwise arranged with us. Information about fees, rebates and payment arrangements may be provided separately and can change from time to time. Eligibility for a Medicare, insurer or other rebate is determined by the relevant scheme and is not guaranteed by information on this website.

7 Website enquiries

An enquiry submitted through the website is not an appointment and does not guarantee that we can provide a particular service. Please provide only the information reasonably necessary for us to respond and avoid including detailed or highly sensitive health information in a general enquiry form. We may ask you to use a more secure or appropriate channel for further information.

8 Children and authorised users

A parent, guardian, carer or authorised representative who submits information or makes a booking for another person confirms that they are authorised to do so and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Clinical consent and decision-making will be addressed separately, taking account of the person’s age, capacity and applicable law.

9 Accuracy and currency

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current, but content may be incomplete, change without notice or contain errors. Service descriptions, locations, practitioner availability, fees and booking options may change. Contact us if you need to confirm information before relying on it.

10 Third party services and links

The website may link to or use third-party services, including Cliniko, maps, analytics, reCAPTCHA and external health resources. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all content, security or practices of the third party.

11 Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to Strides Health Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view or print content for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

12 Website availability and security

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or harmful components. We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website. You are responsible for using appropriate device, browser and security protections.

13 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, inability to access the website, or use of third-party websites or services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.

14 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information and health information through the website and our services. By providing information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in that policy and in any collection notice provided at the time.

15 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts and tribunals of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

16 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, our services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the website with its effective date. Continued use of the website after an update means the updated terms apply to that use.
